Responsible for instructing students in school grades K-8. Creates lesson plans, administers praise and constructive criticism, instructs students in all subjects and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program. Other duties include enforcing classroom and school rules, observe and evaluate student performance, and grade homework and tests. They also have to keep parents updated on their children.
Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team. Develop and plan menus and daily specials. Create prep lists for kitchen crew. Manage food costing and inventory. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
Ensure that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way
Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties

Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

The Reservationist processes all reservation requests, changes and cancellation received by phone, email or third party request and provides attentive, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
Servers work in restaurants and other dining establishments. They are responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, verifying the identification and age of any customers ordering alcoholic beverages and submitting food orders to the kitchen staff. They must also verify that customers’ food and beverage orders are correct and deliver the orders to patrons. Waiters ensure customers are satisfied with their meals, work with the kitchen to resolve any complaints and process customer payments. They increase customer retention and loyalty by providing fast, reliable and friendly service to all of their customers.
Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives.
Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges. Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc. Directing visitors to the correct office

Safe, responsible, and timely operation of a 40 ft motorcoach while complying with company policies, FMCSA, DOT, and DOD regulations. Must be able to provide excellent customer service to clients and others doing business with Badosa Charters.
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Performs total property upkeep and repairs, including:
Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises
Performing inventory on repair supplies
Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
Setting up repair appointments with mechanics or electricians when needed
Making and installing new furniture or equipment
Ensuring all safety systems are functioning properly, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Conducting routine maintenance on equipment and property systems
Must be licensed to carry firearms
Completing safety checks on systems and equipment
Doing pest control, pool maintenance and landscaping
Performing general maintenance tasks for the building or buildings, such as window washing, drywall repair, plastering, carpentry, flooring repair, painting and more
Detecting, identifying and repairing building issues, like basic problems with the building's electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
Responding to and completing tenant or supervisor maintenance requests.
Assist top management in the implementation of the Fleet Safety Program. Assist in monitoring the driving experience of employees who operate company vehicles. Develop and implement an effective fleet safety education and training program.
Assist in various areas of the property; fill in for absent employees; run errands; plus more.
Assist the CEO with various duties to include screening phone calls, running errands, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, preparing documents, note taking, and more.

TRADE SCHOOL DIRECTOR
The Director is the school’s leading support staff professional and works as part of the Senior Team to assist the Head Teacher in his/her duty to ensure that the school meets its educational aims. 2. The Director is responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support staff in partnership with teaching staff, to enhance their effectiveness in order to achieve improved standards of learning and achievement in the school. 3. The Director promotes the highest standards of business ethics within the administrative function of the school and strategically ensures the most effective use of resources in support of the school’s learning objectives. 4. The Director is responsible for the Financial Resource Management/Administration Management/Management Information and ICT/Human Resource Management/Facility & Property Management/ Health & Safety Management of the School.

You will be providing a full range of maintenance and repair services on diesel trucks and trailers in order to keep the vehicles we service in top form. The right candidate will be knowledgeable in diagnostics and routine maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake jobs, bulb replacement, and suspension work. It is also beneficial if the candidate has a basic knowledge of full-service repairs including engine overhauls, transmission rebuilds/replacement, and electrical skills.
Position Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Diagnose engine problems.
Troubleshoot electrical problems.
Troubleshoot air system problems.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Making repairs to diesel trucks, including (but not limited to) repairing engines, alignments, suspension, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Diagnose failures of vehicles including disassembling, repairing, and reassembling parts as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance such as changing engine oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery.
Inspecting: brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other vital parts to ensure they are in proper operating condition.
